How did the issue effect your gameplay: I was done for the night as well as the rest of us attempting the arena, I was extremely frustrated and I really don’t like to feel like this about games. It clearly isn’t and this extra bit of being able to kill opposing faction players should have not been possible. Is this a bug or an exploit: Yes, we were told this exploit was patched for people attempting to help the speed of the arena from a ranged position with muskets killing the main boss. Then they killed the reset of us shortly after and we were stuck in the arena for 5+ minutes, all re- logging multiple times and trying everything we could to get out of the res screen and arena.
At the start they were shooting the boss then quickly turned aim on me (healer), killing me in a matter of seconds then proceeding to shoot whoever else tried to revive me.
